I 'm kind of proud of where this is going. I have a LONG way to go before I can do this with any sense of comfort or ease. How do you DO it Rico?!

This will be replaced by the finished version soon. Some elements are still subject to change.

What do you think so far?

Thanks Timo! I wish I had a better resolution pic and a little more time and skill to do it some REAL justice.

Goodness. This military thing has got me all rusty again. And my bamboo isn't working . . . pity me.

That is a very awesome piece.
It's very loose and atmospheric. A lot of freedom in the composition as well.
You also used some very understated colors which gives it a rustic element.

Good job.

You got just was I was going for. I went a little looser because, being a sketch, the line art is very loose. I went with a earth tone color palette to convey the dustiness of the wild west and finally I wanted to see if I could make it look like the sun was hanging high. I'm mostly satisfied with how this experiment turned out. I might revisit it if Dario uploads a hi-res pic.

Thanks for the comment!

I think it's very good! What did you exactly do in this pic both colors and drawing?

I like especially the figure in foreground. the guy in background is cool too , but i find a bit complicated the way he's going to extract the gun with hisright hand

I WISH I could draw like this Caimano! Goofy hand and all! L O L !

I'm doing the colors. The drawing was done by Dario Carrasco who has drawn many, many books.

Me too Dario!

I found some DC logos to add to the mix. Working on making it into a mock cover.

Your work is clean and open like I like it.
